About Me

My name is Isabella Hey. I have a Bachelor of Communication and Media (Marketing Communication) and I'm currently searching for my new challenge. After graduating in 2021, I moved to New Zealand for a change and adventure. Working for Sonova, an international hearing aid manufactor, I was able to develop my marketing skills from my degree. In my role I assisted on event management, email marketing, social media, landing pages, website creation and more. Due it being a very diverse support role, I was lucky to learn about different marketing strategies. 

From my degree, I worked on several marketing projects for brands. Some of them we were able to work closely with the clients to reach their vision. Together with other like-minded students, I contributed towards a project for Doctors Health Advisory Service and the Cancer Council, which were really exiting projects that had the potential to make a difference in the comunity.

My previous roles were customer service and clerical support roles for the Australian Federal Police. This required patience, people skills, and attention to detail. I also worked as a sales assistant at Skechers, with experience as an assistant manager. I was proud to receive a 99% customer satisfaction score from a mystery customer.

Outside of work I like to explore different hobbies, including reading, listening to podcasts and getting outdoors. I am currently residing in my home town, Port Macquarie, NSW.
